I spent 9 weeks in Kathmandu, Nepal with the Nepal Institute of Study Abroad set up by Nimesh Ghimire and Yuki Poudyal. During my time in Nepal I interned with Policy Entrepreneurs Incorporated, a policy research institute. I was tasked with leading a research project based on small and medium sized Chinese enterprises and their role in the Nepali economy. We also had weekly seminars with other students which included guest speakers who spoke on different parts of Nepali culture/history.
