The Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a useful certification for those working in operations and project management, particularly in the healthcare consulting industry. Because those are potential career paths for me, I would like to prepare myself professionally and make myself a more competitive job applicant, and the certification through MSI (the Management and Strategy Institute) is well-recognized and comprehensive, as it includes both training and certification materials.
